Your receipt should be in focus and the image should not have any shadows or dark areas. Faded ink, wrinkles or other distortions may prevent the receipt from being processed and may be rejected. Receipt must include the date and time of transaction, Qualifying Purchase, the total receipt dollar amount and order number (for online purchases).
